Felice spoke on "The Anatomy of a Claim: The Obstacles and Pitfalls in the East."

On March 1, 2017 Felice Cotignola was a featured speaker at the Great West Casualty Leadership Symposium in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Felice spoke on "The Anatomy of a Claim: The Obstacles and Pitfalls in the East."  The presentation was held in the Knoxville Convention Center.  The audience was comprised of Great West Casualty Executives, claims supervisors and their insured.  As part of the Leadership Symposium, Felice will be speaking again in Omaha on March 15, 2017, Phoenix on March 21, 2017, Indianapolis on April 20, 2017 and in Arlington Texas on May 4, 2017.
