Born and bred in Brooklyn, Tom has over 20 years of experience litigating cases in the state and federal courts encompassing greater New York City and northern New Jersey. His practice involves representing clients in complex, high-exposure claims in transportation, construction, premises liability and security matters. He also has extensive experience defending transportation and retail clients before regulatory tribunals.
Tom has been with LSKD since 2009 and is committed to carrying forward our founding philosophy of relationships, responsiveness and results. Throughout his time at LSKD, Tom has consistently secured exceptional results for the firm's clients by combining his legal expertise with a dogged advocacy.
An active member of the community, Tom serves as Chair of the Law Committee and Parliamentarian of Staten Island Community Board 2. He also coaches Catholic Youth Organization basketball.
