Medical Liability Practice The medical field is particularly vulnerable to malpractice and liability claims. In order to keep our attorneys up on the latest developments, we maintain our own Medical Department, staffed by Registered Nurses, who are supervised by a Physician-Attorney. We also maintain an extensive Medical Library both in hard copy and on disk. Our Medical Liability Practice Group defends various health care practitioners, including physicians, dentists, physicians assistants, nurses, therapists, home health care agencies and radiology facilities against allegations of malpractice and negligence. The Firm's medical liability practice also involves the defense and trial of product liability matters involving durable and other medical devices.
