The Environmental Practice Group specializes in environmental claims and proceedings including CERCLA claims, Clean Water Act claims, TSCA claims, as well as property (pollution) defense, property contamination cases and other state statutory and common law pollution-related matters.  We also handle various exposure claims including mold, lead paint and asbestos.
