Overview

Mr. Steinberg researches, drafts and argues appeals and major motions in all state and federal courts in a wide variety of personal injury, indemnity and insurance matters. He also serves drafts memoranda of law and motions in limine as part of the trial preparation process and serves as appellate counsel at trial.
